KOVOZLÍN s.r.o., based in Březnice near Zlín, is a company with a professional focus on the forming and processing of sheet metal, flat steel and the production of steel structures to order. When processing sheet metal, we perform cutting and dividing, bending, rolling, rounding, plasma cutting. We form stainless steel, steel, galvanized and tinned sheets hot and cold in standardized thicknesses and dimensions. In the processing of metallurgical sheets, we use modern forming machinery, such as eccentric and hydraulic presses, CNC punching machine, AMADA-NC press brake, wire bender, sheet metal shears 3050/6 NC, plasma cutter, welding equipment for welding in a protective atmosphere CO2 and TIG welding. Flat steel, also called strip or steel strip, is shaped by rolling or drawing. Flat rolled steel is produced by hot rolling, flat drawn steel is cold rolled. We use flat-rolled and drawn steel for the production of welded steel structures or custom locksmith production. We accept orders for the production of steel structures for the building of production, assembly and sports halls, warehouses, ramps, footbridges, conveyor bridges, technological platforms. From locksmith work, we realize steel stairs, railings, shelves, gates, doors, gratings, fences and more. Engineering production also includes the processing of metallurgical semi-finished products into units by welding and assembly, including connecting materials and components.
